New registrations will not be made at the registration desk on race day.
Since 2022, Adım Adım volunteer runners who have participated in charity runs and raised donations are eligible for a 30% discount. Your discount code is your İPK code. (For example, if your İPK code is "IPKXXXX", then your discount code is also "IPKXXXX".)

The registration process is finalized upon payment.
Participation in the Eker I Run Road Race can be secured by paying the registration fee via credit or debit card through the website www.plustimer.com. Once the payment is completed, the registration will be finalized. Payments made by credit card, debit card, or bank transfer are considered binding, non-deferrable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable, in accordance with applicable local laws.

For İznik Ultra, running groups and teams with 10 or more participants are eligible for a 10% discount. The discount can only be applied during the online payment step using codes obtained from yaris(@)maceraakademisi.com.
Race kits for registered participants will be distributed at the registration desks set up in Eker Meydan, upon presentation of an ID (or an equivalent document).
A registered participant's race kit can be picked up by someone else. For the kit to be handed over, the following must be provided:
You must print out the Blank Waiver Form, fill it in, and write the full name, surname, and phone number of the person collecting the kit in the designated space below the waiver statement, and then sign it.
You must attach a copy of your ID or license to the completed waiver form.
If participation in the race is canceled for any reason, the following cancellation and refund policy applies:
For cancellations made up to 60 days before the race day, if requested within 15 days of the registration date, 50% of the race fee will be refunded.
For cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before the race day, 25% of the race fee will be refunded.
For cancellation requests made less than 30 days before the race day, no refund will be issued.
Race fees and bib numbers are non-transferable to another race or another person.
The registration fee and bib number are non-transferable.
An unpaid application can be completed by the participant themselves under the “My Applications” section. The final course fee must be paid.
For change requests made before the final registration deadline:
No refund will be issued for switching to a lower-priced race category.
For switching to a higher-priced race category, the price difference must be paid.
For change requests made after the final registration deadline:
For the Eker I Run 42K race, a valid health report (issued within the last year) or
a valid athlete license is required.
For the 5K and 15K races, a health certificate is not required; the race waiver
form provided by the organization will be sufficient.
You must upload your health report or athlete license either during registration or
later by scanning and submitting it through the "My Applications" section in your
user panel.

Participation in the Eker I Run 5K race by children aged 10–17 is only allowed with parental consent. The race waiver form must be signed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of the child. Participants aged 10–15 will be accepted non-competitively (not included in rankings).
Participants aged 16–17 in the 5K course will be included in the general category rankings.
In the 15K course, athletes aged 16–17 may participate non-competitively (not included in rankings) with a valid athletics license and parental consent. The waiver form must be signed by their parent or legal guardian.
Only adults aged 18 and over are allowed to participate in the 42K marathon course.
After the Minik Adımlar races, a symbolic run will be held for Special Athletes. This run is 250 meters long and will not include rankings or podium placements. Special athletes and their guides can register by sending a pre-notification via the email address below. Registration is limited to 300 participants, and the quota is usually filled 4 weeks before the event or earlier.
In Eker I Run races, no separate category is created for Paralympic, disabled, or special athletes. All athletes who meet the physical and mental requirements of a given race distance may participate equally and are included in the general and age group rankings. For the safety of participants and the integrity of the race, each course has a limited quota for Paralympic, disabled, and special athletes. Individuals who meet the classifications outlined in the International Paralympic Committee (IPC) Athlete Classification Guide are eligible for this quota.
The quota is 20 participants for the 5K race and 5 participants for each of the other races.
For the 5K race, participants presenting a valid disability certificate, Paralympic license, or special athlete ID are eligible for free registration within the quota. For other races, a 50% discount on the registration fee is applied. The registration conditions also apply to a guide runner, if the athlete requires one.
