- Registration is only final once the fee has been paid.
- Entry is completed at www.plustimer.com by credit or debit card; registration is confirmed after payment. Payments are binding and cannot be postponed, exchanged, transferred or refunded.

- Running groups or teams with 10 or more participants can use a 10% discount (only at the online payment step, with a code obtained from yaris(@)maceraakademisi.com).
- Race kits are distributed at the registration desks inside Eker Meydan upon presentation of an ID (or equivalent document).
Kit Collection on Behalf of Someone Else
- A registered runner kit may be collected by someone else. To do this:
- Print and fill in the blank waiver form; in the lower section write the name, surname and phone number of the person collecting the kit, then sign it.
- Attach a copy of your ID or athlete licence to the completed waiver.
Cancellation and Refund Terms
- If participation is cancelled for any reason, the following terms apply:
- For cancellations made up to 60 days before the race and within 15 days of the registration date, 50% of the fee is refunded.
- For cancellations made between 59 and 30 days before the race, 25% of the fee is refunded.
- For cancellations made less than 30 days before the race, no refund is given.
- Race fees and bib numbers cannot be transferred to another race or another person.
Change Terms
- The registration fee or bib number cannot be transferred.
- An unpaid application can be changed by the runner under My Applications; the final course fee is then paid.
- Before the final registration day: no refund is given when switching to a cheaper course; when switching to a more expensive course, the difference is charged.
Certification and Prerequisites
- A health report valid for 1 year or a valid athlete licence is required for the 42K. No health document is required for the 5K and 15K; the risk acceptance form signed at the organisation is sufficient. You can upload your document during registration or later, from the My Applications section of your user panel. Download the sample health report.
- Children aged 10-17 may take part in the 5K with parental consent; the waiver is signed by the parent. Ages 10-15 are not included in the classification.
- In the 5K, runners aged 16-17 are included in the general category classification.
- In the 15K, star athletes aged 16-17 may compete outside the classification with a valid athletics licence and parental consent; the waiver is signed by the parent.
- Only adults over 18 may take part in the 42K Marathon course.
Paralympic, Disabled and Special Athlete Registration
- A symbolic 250 m run is held for special athletes after Little Steps; there is no classification or podium. Special athletes and their guides can register by giving advance notice by e-mail. The quota is limited to 300 people and usually fills around 4 weeks before the race or earlier.
- No separate category is opened for Paralympic, disabled or special athletes; eligible athletes are evaluated in the general and age classifications. There is a reserved quota in every race distance; people who meet the IPC Athlete Classification Guide can use this quota.
- Quota: 20 people in the 5K race and 5 people in each of the other races.
- In the 5K race, registration is free within the quota upon presentation of a disability, Paralympic licence or special athlete document; a 50% discount applies in the other races. Guide runners are also covered.
