7th edition of Eker I Run will be held as virtual evet. No gatherings, but virtual races October, 1-4th.
We will all run alone or small crews but participate all together. you can run your prefered time and location, anywhere in the world. All you need is to register before September 30th.
Running/Walking Distances :
Marathon - 42K
Kids Run - Walk: Minik Adımlar - 500m
Inline Skate- 10km
Please take a few minutes to warm up to avoid muscle injuries. Video below might be a starting point before low/moderate exercises.
If are back to running after a break or starting new, please take it easy and avoid overload. A foam roller can help you to for a healtier muscle. Warm up before and regeneration after exersize. Our partner actifoam has some instructional videos.
